NO holes for screws! Can't attach crossbar tolegs

Sigh I'm super disappointed. Love the look of this table but the manufacturer really messed up. So I get the table and instantly realize one of the legs has a chip at the bottom. I decided to overlook it and continue putting the table together because I liked it. As I'm putting the legs on I'm realizing there's a few marks. After putting the legs together I begin to realize I can't connect the crossbar to the legs or the table top because the manufacturer didn't put holes for the screws. What a sad and unfortunate situation for me.
