Non-existent customer service

I ordered this 4-pc set but only received 1-pc. I have tried contacting the seller multiple times (with the first time being over a week ago) but still have not heard back. The last time I requested a refund but since I have not heard back from the seller, I kinda doubt I will get it. I tried requesting a refund through Walmart but got a message that I will have to contact the seller and the contact information should be on the package. So I can order something online but have to actually sit and write a letter and send it (snail mail) to the seller to attempt to get a refund because they do not respond to online messages.. I'm pretty sure I will not be hearing back this way either. So basically I spent almost $200 for a 4-pc set but only got one of the pieces. Walmart really should not be selling anything that they aren't going to provide customer service for when issues like this come up. I guess the days of GOOD customer service are long gone. Very sad!
