I'm surprised to see this is still on here when I was told they were taking it off to do an investigation, maybe they fix the issue, but the reason I would give this no stars if possible is because I ordered this that was discounted from almost $200 to $75 so yes, I hopped on it thinking I was going to get a great deal to have a new closet for my girls room that they share. NO! So first off I noticed they have the actual price now on here whenever I want to buy this this was not the price and I should have read the description to realize it was actually only getting one item nothing that was pictured at all in here one item that was just shelves in an area for shoes. Nothing more. Which even on their original page, this would not be over $100 at all only $75. So that really confused me, also whenever I received it, it was the wrong item completely and there was only one small box, not only was it the wrong item. There were missing pieces to it as well. Now customer service was wonderful on their end I truly appreciate whoever did my return and later on my refund whoever that was thank you! No, for the first time we agreed to do an exchange. I returned the one that was wrong and they sent me what was supposed to be the correct one. Few days later, get the exact same box with the exact same item that I had just returned. This time I was given a refund and I am allowed to keep the item. This is just made with aluminum. There is nothing too fancy about it. It would've just been beneficial for my kids room. The customer service was great, but whoever is doing this or running the site for this I believe was trying to rip people off because they had the same item posted in other sites for the exact same discounted price but all different prices. It is very misleading. Do not waste ur time
