Waste of money! These are just plastic chunks!

So I bought these to add it to my vase to add some glow...I was disappointed when i received the item! Note that the size was 5mm and all the stones(?!) could fit in the palm of your hand! They feel so cheap and plastic and doesn't glow in the dark. Absolute waste of money!
