It was missing a rubber washer on the quick connect to the faucet, so at first, it was leaking. luckily, I was able to pull one out of an old faucet aerator and pushed it in, and it now works flawlessly. very quiet overall, my bathroom fan is louder than the actual machine. washes clothes efficiently and spins drys decently, takes about 1-2 hours after the wash to hang dry most items. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking for a convenient laundry machine and does not have traditional laundry hook ups. it works well for my small family of 2 adults and one child.
