Great rug, poor packing

I like the colors and design of the rug. The things I don't like are: The nap is crushed in 3 places where the rug was rolled around label and stretch wrap causing it to have “white stripes “ and it is still a little bumpy after a month of laying flat. This could easily be prevented by not rolling the label inside. It ruins what is otherwise a great rug.
