My first flybarless heli., rock

My first flybarless heli., rock steady hover while flying in a small kitchen space. Contacted Horizon service regarding servo arm position during power up. I was told to hover the heli for several minutes and everything was fine. I had one main blade with a bow while sighting down the trailing edge. They sent me new main blades at no charge. Horizon hobby and their service dept have always been great.

OUTSTANDING Customer Service

I ordered this Heli for my oldest boy around Thanksgiving last year. I gave the heli to my son on his birthday in Mid January. We read the manual and followed all directions. We made our first flight and all went well without crashing. When I went to re-charge the battery, it would not charge and I keep getting a charging error:( I called up Horizon Hobby and told them what happened. They put a new battery in the mail that day with no other questions asked. A RC friend of mine recommended this company solely on their customer service alone. I am so happy I took his advice. Thank You Horizon Hobby!!!

One Great Little Heli .

This is one of Horizon's number 1 hits in my book, I've been flying crashing and reparing helis for 10 years now And I've got to say this helicopter has helped me tremendously in my flying and confidence I' ve flown it for about 100 packs be fore writing this and had no issues that were not a fault of my own making' But hey I'm a 56 year old kid. I'm allowed to loose my attention span once in awhile. If you are looking for the best BANG for your BUCK and some friendly support staff to work with you can't go wrong here. Quit Procrastinating hit the Place Order button and start having some fun. Enjoy!
