WORST LPS EVER!!!!

okay first off i was looking out my window to see if my package had come yet, just to see the mail man throwing it on the ground and i could no joke hear the bang. I was shocked so i just picked up the pet and opened it the lps box was just dented and the pets neck is stiff and it didn't fit on the swing i expected more for the near 30 bucks i spent on this pet smh.
