While the shirt does not make the environment feel like air conditioned bliss, it performs well wicking away even slight amounts of body moisture. If there is any breeze or air stirring, it definitely decreases skin temperature very noticeably. The less humid the ambient air, the more efficient the wicking performance and cooling of skin seems through evaporation, so I adjust fluid intake accordingly. Excellent performance enhancing product. Fit is good and range of motion in shoulders and back is excellent due to the "stretchiness" of the material. Does not bind, or chaff the like sweat soaked cotton, especially denim, though the material may not hold up as well against abrasion. I especially find the left chest pocket and pen slot perfect for my cell and reading glasses. Black hides grease and dirt, the bright yellow is eye-popping noticeable and colors do not fade with laundering like cotton.
