Scammed and sent the wrong product
I was scammed and sent the incorrect product. While I ordered the SMART product, I was sent the Essentials (basic) version. I ended up paying $30 more for a used basic version that I could get it at Walmart now brand new. When I contacted the seller, they offered to let me keep it for $30 off (the same price I could buy it brand new). They didn't actually have the product they were advertising. And I had budgeted off being able to get this item refurbished, so now that that's not an option it's messed up my whole month's budget.
