Drawer lock function

I bought two of these because I have the chest in my room. The dresser is nice for a kids room, I bought two. The first one was put together effortlessly and works perfectly. Instructions were good. All three drawers on the left side of the second dresser are not on track. I've taken it apart and put it back together and the tracks still aren't working. So now I'm stuck with a dresser that we can't use due to the locked design of not having more than one drawer open at a time. Please remove that feature. I have to throw this out and purchase something different because the drawers drop when trying to place them!
