After carefully following the instructions, the product worked very well, my skin is very sensitive due to psoriasis, so choosing this particular nair really was the best choice. I will say leaving it no more than 5 minutes rather than the 10 minutes and it will not burn the skin. The hair smell during the waiting and washing process is smelly due to the chemical burning but that's to be expected. I would recommend this product.
