Otherwise there is a lot of scientific evidence to support magnesium theronate promoting and supporting BDNF a chemical in your brain that promotes neurogenesis, the growth of new neurons. Unlike the most heavily advertised brain product which has 1 scientific review paid for by the firm this has a slew of real independent reviews. Anecdotally for memit worksand makes me sharper
