Excellent Waffle (and pancake) Mix

I have been using this product for several years since I discovered it at one of hotels that used it. It works best when paired with a high quality waffle maker (not a cheap one that only heats up to minimum temperature to function). I do put either blueberries or strawberries (always fresh ones) and whipped cream, and I use "real" maple syrup; these items enhance the excellent product.

Good but Expensive

Seems like a good product, but expensive! I expected more unique flavor in the waffles, maybe more vanilla or malt. Waffles seem more like the ones we make with everyday flour, more so of course if you put syrup, strawberries, etc. on them. My bottom line, expensive product for no real flavor improvement.
