Yarn a tangled, dirty disaster.

I loved the product, but the package was not properly boxed and shipped . I received the yarn 6 weeks after I ordered it. When I received the yarn it was all tangled and loosely wrapped in plastic. Some of the yarn was exposed to the weather and had several dirty spots. This was purchased for a gift. I really think I should receive credit or discount. I spent $100 on this yarn and 5 hours of untangling the yarn.
