The BEST DVD yet by Denise Austin

If you are looking to tone your stomach muscles or your waist line, this DVD is for you and it's not too hard or complicated! It will help with your balance and also strengthen your arm/shoulder muscles, as well. It has sections, so if you don't have a 40 minute window, you can just click on 1 session.

Great DVD to start out your fitness program

I would recommend Denise Austin's DVD to start your fitness program. I found it easy to learn and I got a good workout out of it. I look forward to doing these workouts everyday! Denise is perky and positive. I have bought the Firm DVD's and other products but the workout was so hard I didn't stick with it. This is something I can stick with and see results!
