It's a great base to any dish. I like making this with beef cube steaks, aka chili colorado. I did add some chicken powder, garlic, diced onions and other seasoning. But the chili sauce is perfect for when I'm running out of time and need a quick chili base. Nothing like homemade but this works just as well.

My husband and kids said they were the best enchiladas I've ever made.
