Powering issues

Bought the laptop in November for school. In February my computer shut off when i stepped from it which is normal when idle for too long. However, it wouldnt turn on for a good 20 minutes. Finally got it on. Now here it is the end of june. Now i cant gwt it to come on at all and of course Dell wont help because its out of warranty
