The “doors” are infested with bugs

I received this stand and the box was destroyed. Not the company's fault tho. I put it together and it's good quality! I really like it! The one and only problem I have is the “doors” the rods running through the had holes all in them. I thought maybe with transport they fell off or we're gonna as I didn't see other signs of anything. We'll I looked at it again today (as it's for my mother for Mother's Day) and there is dust on it again as if something was eating at the rods again! I don't know who to contact!

Ordered it for my grandson in the military stationed in North Dakota. He opened it, attempted assembling it and found one piece broken. Had to bundle it (heavy), find someone to help carry and take it to Walmart. Frustrating, to say the least.
