I took a chance on ordering this lid without the measurements thinking it would work and if not I'd just return it. Usually when I order a non refundable item online it gives a disclaimer at the checkout I didn't see anything indicating this would be a non refundable item. Well it didn't fit the cup I needed it to so I started the return and when we went to the store to process the return we were told it was not refundable. So I got stuck with the lid that I have no cup for. Luckily when I chatted with customer service on the app they were able to refund me anyway and I was informed the store would be notified of the inconvenience they caused me. I feel kind of guilty because they don't get their item back but they did put my consumer needs first. So I definitely appreciate that.
