Ornaments would really be pretty if they didn't arrive damaged. My package was lost, shipping delayed and arriving late. When the package was received it was damaged and taped back together. When opening the poorly packaged ornaments half of them were broken and crushed. When asked for a refund the company told me they would refund half of my cost. When receiving the refund for only $6.96 I was blown away. I have decided to write another email so let's see if they will be honest enough to answer and refund the proper amount.
