I noticed after I bought this lunch tote that many people Commented that there was no ice pack in theirs. I have the denim and cream striped one and the ice pack was in mine and actually fastened inside the bag. I love the design and the size another issue. Some people had was saying that the zipper didn't close, but mine close completely. This is exactly what I wanted and needed to take a lunch to the beach or anywhere else very pleased.
