Godsend for my back pain
Right off the bat, I love the fact that there's no strong menthol smell - I can't handle scents like that and virtually every single pain relief cream comes scented, except this one. It doesn't leave a residue either. I have chronic lower back and tailbone pain, and I had been taking muscle relaxants and Tylenol like candy, and I was getting worried about prolonged use of painkillers and my liver. This cream has been a godsend in my pain management regime. Highly recommend to others with chronic pain who can't handle scents.

Excellent!
Wonderful relief of my pain anywhere on my body, my shoulder, or lower back. It is a similar ingredient product to Traumeel, a natural product from Germany that is no longer available in the U.S. it helps to heal the area not only mask the pain like Volataren.

MediNatura T-Relief 8 oz Arnica Cream
I've been using the MediNatura, T-Relief, Arnica +12 Cream, Extra Strength 8 oz cream for a month and has worked well for my sore back muscle pain, elbow and foot joint pain. For actual back disc pain this will work but won't be as effective as I find this works better for muscle and joint aches and pain. My wife has tried this for her knee arthritis but has has found that it's not as effective as she would like. This cream will vary per person on how effective it is but it will definitely help and I would recommend trying it for yourself. The cream has a very nice texture and very low scent and goes on easily over the skin. I used the MediNatura, T-Relief, Arnica +12, Extra Strength, 100 Tablets with the cream for best results.
