DON'T KNOW! CAN'T GET ANYONE TO RESPOND TO ME!

I'm old and paid $40 to have this installed. When they were done, they called me to see if I was satisfied with their work. To my surprise it was not what I ordered. I paid $57.59 for a canopy with scallops, with PBA coating and sunscreen. The one sent had no scallops. I don't have any idea what it is made of. I saw one for $27.00 that matches the one you sent me. If I did.t want scallops and didn't care what it was made of I could have saved myself some money! I want you to refund me the difference between the two. Unfortunately, there is no packing list. It does have a barcode : N40l00-AG. I can't afford to pay to have it taken down to send it back so it is what it is. You can refund me the difference though. Also, why can't anyone respond to me without leaving a review. I've done everything I can to talk or text someone and this page is all I get. I don't know how to send pictures but that barcode should be enough to prove what I got or how would I have it otherwise. Please text me at leasel
