Terrible product
As many others have mentioned, the blue paint does not come off despite several attempts and methods. Do not waste your time and money on this product. I tried to call the help line phone number but had to leave a message. Entirely not helpful. If anyone knows how to remove this awful paint please let me know.

I won't give it one star
I have been trying every face cleaner on my three year old grand daughter for over an hour. Blue paint will not come off! I wish I would have read the reviews before buying this product. I have always trusted Melissa and Doug products, but not now! By the way it's Easter weekend and all her pictures will be with a blue face!
