packed %26 sold defective Biz, slow refund process

the 8 boxes packed for shipping were not properly sealed. So they leaked DURING shipping, I received 7 boxes that emptied as soon as you lifted them b/c they were not sealed. The exterior shipping box was intact, this was NOT damaged en route or in the shipping process. The seller packed %26 sold defective product. I was promised a refund on 11/26, and as of 12/3 the charge is still appearing on my credit card (as posted, not even just pending).
