Melissa & Doug - Brown Bear and Cub Jumbo Stuffed Animal

Honestly, I'm a little disappointed in the quality of the product and the service. I ordered on Dec.15 and got an email the day after that my item had shipped, so I was hopeful it would arrive before Christmas. I checked the tracking number a few days before Christmas and Fed Ex didn't have any info for it. As Christmas approached, I realized I might not get it in time, so I wanted to know for sure so I could plan for that. I called the customer service line and left a voice mail. I never heard from anyone. The bear didn't arrive until the week after Christmas. None of that would have been a big deal, but I wish they would have been up front about the fact that a Dec.15 order would not make it in time. The bear is cute, but it was smooshed into a box that was too small for shipping. The baby bear's head is misshapen and weird looking. My daughter was disappointed at first, but she's grown to like it anyway. I was pretty surprised with the poor quality, considering the price and the quality of other Melissa and Doug toys we've had. Oh well.
