14" Laptop Return

I received the laptop and it was packed so well, shipped very fast. The refurbished laptop is a great I received is a great computer. I am unable to fully use, as I found out at 68 yrs old, a 14" laptop is just too small for me. My daughter found out and gifted me a 17" she rarely used. NOW, as for the return. I spoke with John in Receiving, and he could not have been a better rep for ZOOM. He was 100% professional and went way above in helping me thru the return process. ZOOM went above and beyond their return responsibilities and put a very needed human and helpful touch thruout my experience. Thanks to John and the crew.

Very good computer, came with easy instructions. Faster than I thought it would be and perfect for the occasional gamer. Clear picture and no lagging or glitches to be seen. The fingerprint reader is amazing and works really well.
