I was surprised it was much better than i thought it would be. I got it for my Persian cat who can be a bit temperamental, but we got through it. It works great. Not quite as quiet as he would like (spooks him). I wish it had a few more features such as nail trimmers, carrying case etc. Also another way to turn suction on (like a remote or on hose closer to your hand to make it easier to turn on and off when you have a rebel pet who wants to take off as soon as it turns on).
