Good product
I bought this mat because I do a lot of DVD workouts with lots of jumping and plyometric moves and I live in an upper apartment. I was looking for a smoother surface that the carpet for some of the footwork as well as some shock absorbing qualities so it wouldn't bother the downstairs neighbors. I think this mat works very well for all those purposes. It is very sturdy and is great for lifting weights and plyometric moves. The 8' by 4' surface is large enough for a good workout space.

Seems overpriced for what it is.
Works great since it just lies there. My Granddaughter is serious about gymnastics and needd to prac. at home, so I paid up. It just seems that a gym mat shouldn't be as xpensive as this. Just goes to show we'll do anything for our Grandkids and retailrs know it.
