[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the Crespo Faucet with the Flex Hose 2 weeks ago. The packaging was excellent, it presented the product and described the installation in a way that was clear and possible for straightforward installation. The Faucet components are well assembled and of high quality. The functions of the faucet all work well. The faucet is aesthetically pleasing and streamlined. The only real constructive criticism I could offer would be in anticipation of the future longevity of the product. As I have only been using the faucet for a few weeks it is still new, but I could potentially see that the horizontal metal flat bar the sustains the flex hose when in the "docked" position could possibly become loose. It seems to be rigid enough that it would not ever be warped or bent, but if there were a failure it may be from being forced up or down. Furthermore, I would add that it may be a good idea for those who would be looking for faucets on your webpage to include contextual information, i.e., showing the faucet in relationship to a sink, in order to get a better idea of the scale/size of the faucet in a kitchen, at a sink, on a countertop, etc. Going further, it may be helpful to include suggestions on the webpage for sink or countertop pairings, based on functionality, size, style etc. For example, showing that a certain faucet works particularly well a certain sized or style of sink. In with dealing directly with
consumers on a day to day basis as a designer, I know that there is a large market of people who use new web pages like Houzz to get information on kitchen and bathroom fixtures and accessories, specifically because they get a contextual image of the way those fixtures work in a space. It may be beneficial to include this type of information directly on your web page to attract consumers, and also to attract design professionals, who also look for this sort of contextual, image based information.
