If you purchase a Size 21" x 27" decal if you purchase only 1 side, if you purchase both sides you will get 2 decals, 1 for each side. About the vinyl: We use Oracal 651, a 6 year vinyl. Installation Recommendations: We would highly suggest using a 3M primer 94 and professional installation. Wet or Dry Application. (refer to picture charts on installation.) Installation info: When installing the racing stripes, make sure the surfaces that you apply the material to must be smooth, non porous, and thoroughly cleaned from dust, grease, ceramic coating, or any other contamination.
