Aside from the shipping/delivery in very happy with this. These arent that cheap to get unless you want those cheap plastic handle ones or the ones that are just one sided or the 2nd side is just rubber nubs. This has 2 different coarseness brush sides and a very strong wooden handle..its a great length also for getting hard to reach areas or if you have trouble bending. The only cons i found was 1. trying to use it while I'm the bathtub vs shower. It was very hard for me to hold it at the right angle for certain areas without banging the walls or the bath rub itself. 2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY! WHENEVER walmart uses On Trac that company NEVER looks at the delivery address information. I have 2 addresses in my account. 1 is for when it's DELIVERY - That can go to my home cuz i can see when it arrives in real time and get it in my hand and i use a BUSINESS address for SHIPPED items since you never know who the shipping vendor is or if u do, u dont know an EXACT time so if it goes to my house and I'm not home or i don't get the notification it was delivered before someone else sees it, itd get stolen. I PAY for this service to AVOID all that hassle of having to say i didn't get my item, etc etc etc and in my addresses its VERY SPECIFIC that it's a BUSINESS and the BUSINESS HOURS AND DAYS are listed. Closes 6 pm weekdays, closes 5 pm Saturdays and closed on Sundays and holidays. When does on trac attempt delivery? EVERY TIME! AFTER 6 PM on weekdays or Sundays and even holidays. THEN don't get me started on when i actually KNOW when they're arriving so i run out my house, disabled, old and on foot to go wait outside this business and then the time they're arriving will keep changing another 20 minutes later once the 1st time comes and goes and this will be multiple times for HOURS to even NOT showing up at all. All the money i spend between paying for this monthly postal address, Walmart plus, the items i order and never get anything when I'm supposed to, wrong items, missing items so THIS ITEM did arrive, it was a STEAL at the price i got it for, it is GREAT and i recommend it but go get it in person or in a delivery.
