I Don't Get It...

I ordered 2 of these. I received one correct wheel and what looked to be a spare. When I called to ask about it the lady told me they only had one left. I'm still trying to understand why I would be sent a wrong wheel instead of just saying you didn't have 2 available. However, I took a chance and ordered another one as soon as I got off the phone, and I received the correct one. I guess they got their inventory figured out pretty quick.
