Perfect shirt. Can be worn casual or for work. Finally Walmart sells a button up that is soft. So many of the shirts they sell are scratchy and stiff and I have had to return. This one is so soft and comfortable. I wear a size 14 and a Large in Time and Tru, but I purchased an XL because I wanted something loose to wear for casual throw over a solid tank dress or with jeans. It is perfect. A great staple piece for the wardrobe.
