This beautiful recycled paper bead necklace was handcrafted by single working mothers in the Ugandan countryside. The women gather recycled newspapers and scrap paper which are then hand-wound in a unique production process. Production of these crafts is the primary source of their sustenance and livelihood. Affordable, beautiful, and fair trade, these necklaces tend to be on the longer side and can also double as wrap arounds on the neck or as bracelets as well.
