Warranty information
Guntersville Breathables Inc. (Frogg Toggs) warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. If you feel that your product is defective in any way you may: 1. Return the product to the Frogg Toggs dealer from which it was purchased. The dealer will make the determination if the product is defective and if so, either replace the product with a new one or refund the purchase price of the product to you. 2. Return the product directly to Frogg Toggs. In order to do this you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can reach our customer service department at 800-349-1835 or via email at returns@froggtoggs.com during normal business hours. Upon receipt of the product, Frogg Toggs will determine if it is defective and if so, will either replace or repair the product (cash refunds are not an option). This warranty begins at the date of the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage. This warranty is void where product failure is due to unreasonable use, misuse, accident, damage, alteration, or normal "wear and tear"..., The owner is responsible for ordinary maintenance and care of the product. Only manufacturing defects will be considered for replacement. FROGG TOGGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF SUCH PRODUCT. By registering with our site you will not need to keep up with your sales receipt for returns. We will have a digital record of your purchase item.
