HUGE money/muscle saver! NOT paid for this review!

I saw a lot of reviews that said the stitching fell apart pretty quickly, but took a chance anyway. I'm not sure if they fixed what was causing this or there are a few duds out there, but I've been using the heck out of the one I got for weeks now and it's holding up quite well. I have hypertonia, meaning my muscles are tense all the time. They don't shut off. This leads to horrible knots that I've spent I don't know how many hundreds (thousands?) over the years going to massage therapists to get worked out. This thing has worked out knots that I'd have had to go for massage daily for probably 2 weeks straight to get worked out, and who can afford that? That is to say, this thing's worked out what seemed like perma-knots that'd been there for probably over a decade. It takes a little practice to get it just in the right spot for some, without hitting a bone with one or the other massage head, but once you've got it down, you'll never turn back. Be aware, this delivers Deep Tissue massage, which isn't for everyone. I have fibromyalgia, too, so I have to be careful of how much pressure I use on and near trigger points, and sometimes I wind up sore from leaning too hard. Using it on the back of a chair is best (I haven't tried the elastic band, as the back of my chair is pretty wide, and I'm afraid it'd break it), as you can adjust the pressure by how hard you lean into it. I don't weigh much, but I've never had the motors struggle, even when I lean hard for a bit on certain spots. With really bad knots, it's best to work them a bit at a time. I like to use it for a half or full cycle (depending on how bad the knot is, and by "cycle", I mean it'll go in one direction, then switch the other direction, so by half cycle, I mean moving it as soon as it switches, and by full cycle, I mean moving it once it's gone both directions and changes back to the original direction. I hope that makes sense!), and then move it and come back 2-3 cycles later. Yes, it can take time to work out a knot, but you'll be less sore overall if you let the muscles rest a bit in between hitting them. It also helps to drink plenty of water after using this, especially if you work areas like the lower neck, where you're apt to hit/drain lymph nodes. Frequent stretching afterwards also helps both to minimize soreness and keep the knot from re-forming as quickly. I used this for 3 days straight, several times a day at first, including on my leg, shoulder and arm muscles, to get the knots all initially worked out, and now I'm using it about every 2-3 days to keep those knots at bay. Most people likely won't need to start this intensely or use it so frequently afterwards, as most people's muscles aren't always "on". I've found that, even with the heat on, I can run it until it shuts off and run it again until it shuts off with no issues, and with heat off, I can run it until it shuts off 3x in a row. Haven't tried more. Hope this helps someone out there decide whether this will work!

So far so good

It may be too soon to reasonably write a review but I got this today and love it. it is a deep massage has an automatic cut off. the only negatives that I found so far is that it gets really hot with the heat so I did do the massage without the heat on it but even then you get a little bit of heat with it. it was just so hot with the heat functioning but other than that it's good. I might revisit this later on as I get more use out of it but for the $26 that I paid for it I am very happy with my purchase

In love with this!!

I absolutely love this massager. I haven’t been able to get to my Massuse but this has done the trick. It rotates in two different directions and can use it anywhere on my back comfortably. And the heated feature helps to relax you too. I definitely recommend this product.
