Incredible spotter

Recently got back from an out of state Mule deer hunt. Did research and saw the reviews were positive for this smaller spotter. Was very surprised just how clear it was even when zoomed in. Much more clear and sharp then some bigger name larger spotters.

Initially on the edge... Now, very impressed!

I was on the edge about purchasing this spotter, when I could have gone with something that was more "proven". Boy, am I happy and impressed with my purchase. Along side my buddy's Razor, while mule deer hunting, I thought my Ares had a better, brighter, deeper and more crisp image. I would try to talk anybody into purchasing one of these if they were looking for a spotter. I will add, it is huge and heavy but, I knew that before I purchased it and knew it was only going to be a pickup and range spotting scope.

Great Spotting Scope

I bought the Ares 15-45x65. This is the first spotting scope I've ever owned. I've looked through other scopes, but can't say that I can accurately compare one scope to another. With that being said, I'm impressed with this scope. It's lightweight and packable. I had no issues figuring it out and focusing/adjusting the magnification. The dials turn easy enough, but not too easy. I have not used it in the field yet, but have tested it from my porch in different light conditions. I was very impressed with the amount of light it let in on the highest magnification 15-20 minutes after the sun set. I have no complaints about this scope, especially the eye-relief. I've looked through other, older scopes, and that was always a huge problem with those. I recommend this scope and will update if anything changes once I have a chance to use it in the field.
