TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered 2 dressers from this company and 1 arrived severely damaged. The other one didn't arrive at all. When I requested a refund/replacement, they requested photos and information and stated they would get back to me right away after they submitted a claim. I checked back several times over a span of 3 months and after the 4th email to them, they stated they denied my claim and couldn't refund my money or replace the dresser. I was very patient with them and I have a $300 dresser that is not usable. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company.
