Kwikset 99120-005 smartcode+z-wave satin nickel lever

I purchased my first one as part of a home security package and got both the deadbolt for the front door and a couple for inside. I liked them so much I purchased a few more and I installed them myself, no issues, no problems, literally 5 minutes! super easy, super simple and the customer service is right there on the spot if you need them. Only problem I had with the original unit is the locking tube would stick and not allow complete turn of tab to lock car. Other than that feature there was nothing unsatisfied with the latch. You did a great job in determining my problem. You were very courteous and thorough in satisfying my problem. Thank you for your promptness
