After starting the engine, if the concrete vibrator does not produce vibration, the end of the concrete vibrator can generally be tapped on the ground, and after the vibrator makes a smooth and powerful chirping sound, the vibrating operation can be carried out.

When the concrete vibrator is working, the concrete vibrator should be inserted into the concrete vertically or at an angle, and after vibrating for a certain period of time, pump the concrete vibrator up and down while vibrating.

The vibrating rod should not be bent more than 1.97in.

After half an hour of continuous work, the vibrating rod should be stopped for some time to prevent the machinery from heating too much and damaging the machine parts.
