Great for computers without an HDMI port!

I connected this to an old Dell Dimension e521 PC running Linux Mint XFCE. The monitor is actually a TV. Everything worked great out of the box. It was plug and play. I connected the VGA connector to the computer, the sound cable to the computer sound port, and the usb power to an empty usb port on the computer. I took an HDMI cable and connected it to the TV and changed the input on the TV to HDMI. That's all it took. It works great!
