I was so happy to find these! I don't know how many of y'all know about sous vide egg bites, but I make something similar using canning jars and a slow cooker. The first couple of times that I made them my fingers got a little too warm. So, I was trying to find something to help with that particular problem, and I happened upon these beautiful things. Now, these sous vide egg bites are the closest I've ever come to canning so I didn't know about these. I didn't want something that was made out of plastic, you know how well plastic can be when it comes to heat and lifting things. 😒 I will say this, these things work amazing. They kinda make me want to try my hand at some honest to goodness canning. Makes me wish that I knew someone with a major green thumb with a great garden. 😉
