Quick to prepare in a pinch. I like to add faster cooking vegetables such as Chinese cabbage. Also, I tried adding a raw egg to it when the noodles were almost done, and even though it took a few minutes for the egg to cook, the noodles were not overly mushy even though they absorbed more of the liquid while the egg was cooking.

So good!

These are great noodles! They have a great taste and hold up well. I let them cook until they start to get soft, cut the heat %26 let them sit in the broth until they're at the doneness that I prefer. The sauce that comes with them is also very good. If I don't use it with the noodles it's great in marinades.

These are the best noodles. They cook fast and are the perfect thickness. Made with basic ingredients and air dried. They pair well with anything. You can make either your own sauce.
