The TV came perfectly wrapped with no scratches or damages. After mounting, very little to no adjustments were needed. It seems to auto adjust picture quality. It was noticed that there are sound differentials between stations/pictures and the sound has to be adjusted up or down. Especially while viewing streaming apps. Unlike the 55 inch. Not sure why that is. Other than that, enjoying the TV quality.

Great size for entertainment, GREAT PICTURE and I love the remote (which has certain buttons on it like a Roku remote) you can also access the remote a more simple way on your phone.. the phone remote feature is PRETTY COOL !!
