These beans are filled with flavor and have a buttery, brown sugar taste when brewed as espresso. I add the sugar in the carafe first and let the espresso brew over the beans and it makes for a very sweet, mellow, and tasty latte. Definitely purchase these beans if you love a mellow rather than bitter coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Starbucks Veranda Blend for Vertuo and it makes for the perfect cup of coffee for a slow morning. It's not too bold/strong, and doesn't lack in flavor at all. It's a great blend for someone who enjoys the "lighter" side of coffee - but don't let it fool you - it still packs a punch with the caffeine! It brews perfectly in the Vertuo machine with a nice layer of frothiness on top, which is probably my favorite part. I love the softness of this coffee, it's a great go-to for every relaxed, slow-paced mornings. #freesample
