Daily user of this helps me sleep a fall asleep comfortably, 3 flavor all good they have chocolate, honey lemon tea which is my go to, and apple cider, the supplements are all top notch, not just the sleep ones but all of them, this product helps me sleep on restless nights or when I'm tired and my brain won't turn off. All around I love this product and order it every month! Way to go 5 percent
