Smaller capsule size, easy to swallow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 50 mg Natrol 5-HTP, Natrol has them available 100 mg and 200 mg doses in their line as well so you can easily choose the dose that works best for you. The 50 mg capsule is smaller than most average size capsules and the capsule length is roughly the size of a dime making them easy to swallow. The clear capsules are filled with a white powder and to me smell a bit like vinegar when I open the bottle but they have absolutely no taste or aftertaste.

Feel better by day and sleep better by night
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These capsules are natural and drug free. I take 1 in the morning and 1 later in the day. I feel like I am more relaxed during the day and also in a better mood all around. At night I sleep better. My nights are not as restless and I slept through the night. You do not wake up with that drugged feeling like you do with sleep medicine. I did not experience any side effects after taking these. I like the way I feel and I like that it is not a prescription drug. I highly recommend these for anyone who has any anxiety during the day and also for anyone needing a good nights sleep.

I love 5-HTP!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a huge fan of 5-HTP. I usually take it after a big weekend of partying and it definitely helps with the hangover-induced anxiety and depression. It quickly gets be back on track mentally and emotionally. These 50mg capsules by Natrol do the trick and seem to be high quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a 5-HTP supplement!
