It has 2 different cylinders that have 4 jaws which holds bits by squeezing them. that one don't work as well as this one. This particular one the chuck on the end can be removed. Unscrew it. It will fit on the Hyper Tough version of the dremel. again be cautious with the bits. With the chuck on your dremel. it works amazing. I purchased this for my daughter. I bought 2 sets. I destroyed one set trying it out. I showed my daughter dos and donts. As of today she hasn't broken a single bit.

Has a good selection of bits. Glad to have it. But, it needs some kind of storage container for the bits. Some are so small, they'll get lost/damaged without something to put them in. It would be nice if the handle was hollow to double as that container, so the bits will always be with the drill.
